The Arc of Frederick County’s Film Festival will be held on Thursday, October 4th at Holiday Cinemas in Frederick. The film festival showcases two films about people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. There will be a showing of To Kill a Mocking Bird at 4:30 PM and Rain Man at 7:15 PM.
