Women's Giving Circle and Boys & Girls Club of Frederick County are sponsoring a High Tea and Fashion Show at the Delaplaine Visual Arts Center. Guests are asked to donate slightly used or new purses and/or jewelry for a Silent Auction held during the tea. Clothes for the Fashion Show provided by Alicia L Boutique and Chic to Chic. Cost is $35 per person. Register online or pay at the door. Proceeds benefit Women's Giving Circle and Boys & Girls Club of Frederick County.
