Brookside Gardens hosts local, regional, and national plant society events throughout the year. Many of the societies’ shows feature judged competitions; all of the shows feature passionate collectors, eager to share their enthusiasm with others.
Orchid Exhibit and Sale
Sponsored by the Friends of Brookside Gardens & the Brookside Gardens Orchid Club
Repotting services will be available for a small fee from Clive Atyeo, orchid supervisor, U.S. Botanic Gardens; a wide variety of orchids will be on sale from top regional vendors; experts will be on hand with growing tips; and there will be a vibrant display of orchids. Admission is FREE; Visitors Center
