Attend four distinctive Flower Power sessions this spring. Unwind after your day’s labor by crafting a simple but elegant floral design to share with a friend. Better yet, invite them to join you to share in the fun! These classes have been specially created for those who want to gain the confidence to create simple but beautiful designs. No prior skill is required, but those with some experience will learn new techniques to improve their design proficiency. Extra floral tools and specialty materials may be purchased from instructor if desired. Classes meet in the Visitors Center Adult Classroom.
Session 2: New Ways with Market Bouquets
We all pick up fresh flowers at the grocery store, but few of us know what to do with them when we get home. Learn how to transform simple bouquets into exceptional arrangements. Former students are encouraged to work with a new “bunch” of fresh flowers! All materials supplied; please bring a box to transport your design home.
