An hour-long, informative class dedicated to sake at PABU. Led by Tiffany Soto and PABU's team of in-house Sake Sommeliers, each Sake 101 class is an interactive tasting of five sakes that will explore various flavour profiles and illustrate the diversity within the genre. With every sip, guests will learn about the libation’s history and brewing process, the meanings behind different grade designations, and how production regions affect taste. Conversation will also delve into the benefits of drinking sake (including its low calorie count) and tips for easily navigating a sake menu in the future.
