CALM, Inc is proud to announce the 3rd Frederick “Shining Star” 2013 competition. The annual fundraising event benefits CALM, Inc- Frederick’s community mediation center.

Twelve semifinalists will compete for the top three positions at the grand finale event. The finale event will take place at Frederick Community College’s Jack B. Kussmaul Theater, March 3rd 5-7 p.m. The performance will be each contestant doing a solo song for judging and a group performance. This is a professionally choreographed show with star performance quality; moderated by a professional Master of Ceremonies.
CALM is proud to promote Frederick Idol as an alcohol-free, family-fun event for all ages. Tickets are $10 general admission, $5 for children under 12 and Seniors over 65.
