Explore many different meditation techniques such as centering prayer, breath,sound, moving meditation, and meditation with Mandalas. Perfect for beginners or experienced. Every Tuesday at 9:30am or 7:00pm - facilitated by Rev. Toni Fish and guests. Cost: Love Offering - suggested $10 to 15 per class. All welcome!
