Guidelines for Submission

Frederick Community Calendar features educational, nonprofit, and arts & cultural events in Frederick County and surrounding communities. Listings are collected from site visitors, organizations, venues, and FNP. All submissions will be reviewed for consideration by an editor at FNP before appearing on the site. FNP reserves the right to edit or refuse any submissions. Details of each event are the responsibility of the submitter and FNP takes no responsibility for inaccurate information. Please contact FNP if you notice inaccurate information in event listings.

When entering events:

- Make sure you select the proper category for the event.

- Enter the event at least 2 weeks prior to event date but, please not more than 12 months before your event.

- Include your contact information so we can contact you in case we have questions.

- Following the guidelines provided, fill out all information as completely and accurately as possible.

- Note: Listings with missing information and those that do not follow guidelines will not get posted.
