Laban is a great way to exercise without hurting our joints. We start with aligning our spine and body, then we work our way into a cardio work out in a fun healthy way. The healthy connections that we activate on a body level, merge into a mental level so our body and minds are connected as one to better us to go out into the world grounded, connected and present!
